Setting Objectives

Often remembered under the acronym SMART, the general premise is that your objectives have to be SMART; Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timed.

Otherwise you run the risk of being too vague and objectives cannot be easily realised.

.Specific - Be precise about what you are going to achieve

.Measurable - Quantify your objectives

.Achievable - Are you attempting too much?

.Realistic - Do you have the resources to make the objectives happen?

.Timed - State when you will achieve the objectives
