Setting Objectives
Often remembered under the acronym SMART, the general premise is that
your objectives have to be SMART; Specific, Measurable, Achievable,
Realistic and Timed.
Otherwise you run the risk of being too vague and objectives cannot be
easily realised.

|  | | Measurable - Quantify your objectives |
|  | | Achievable - Are you attempting too much? |
|  | | Realistic - Do you have the resources to make the objectives happen? |
|  | | Timed - State when you will achieve the objectives |
